In the initial step, we have a call but this can also be done via whattsapp or email. If you are onboard and sign the contract then we collect key information and learn the tone and story you want to portray to your audience.
Content Development
In this step, we create a klaviyo account if you don't already have one and then our team creates engaging flows and campaignes which aim to retain customers and create sales.
Campaign and Flow Launch
Then we lauch the campains and flows. During this time lots of A/B testing takes place; this is required to improve them and make sure they are as effective as possible with regards to segmentation etc.
Results and Payment
By the end of the 4 weeks we have delivered the results you yearned for by drastically improved open rates, CTR (click through rates) and conversion rates.
